The room was recently refurbished with microwave as well as fridge, the staff were pleasant, did everything. The hotel's location was central, in a decent place. Besides, it was right by airport and the services and Houston.

The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, with numerous cockroaches crawling around and a generally filthy atmosphere that ruined any chance of rest. I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay.

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi in rooms, 24-hour reception, and friendly staff. I still remember how they helped me find my lost car keys. I'm returning for my next business trip soon!

The first room was missing a closet and the second room had no fire detector, presenting serious safety hazards. Maintenance issues were rampant. The refrigerator leaked, the bathroom was dirty, and overall cleanliness was lacking, with dirt thick in the cabinets. Self-service food options were appreciated, but they didn't make up for the unacceptable living conditions.
